Golden-grown, forest-raised heritage breed pork—raised the way pigs were meant to live. Our animals roam rotating forest paddocks with space to root, wallow, forage, and rest under the trees. This slower, more natural upbringing produces pork with deeper flavour, richer colour, and a more nutrient-dense fat.
 
Unlike conventional pork, our pigs are fed an organic, non-GMO, corn- and soy-free diet, supplemented with local vegetables and apples. This matters. Corn and soy-heavy diets create a softer, more inflammatory fat profile. By avoiding them, our pork develops a firmer, more stable fat with a healthier balance of fatty acids—closer to what pigs would naturally produce in the wild.
 
Raised without antibiotics or antiparasitics, this is pork you can feel good about—clean, intentional, and deeply nourishing.
